The Awakening Sounds

"What the hell was that for!" Eric said before bloting up but sat up too fast and cried out while holding his gut.

"well you said to bite you, and so i did. and you better lay down or you'll re open your wounds and Trira-chan will be mad at me." she said smiling, she had been living with Trira for a few months now

"Don't...give...a...fuck...you..." Before Eric could finish his sentence, Jack woke up and smacked Eric hard on the back of the head, "Watch your mouth boy before I use some soap to clean it." Jack warned him but with a smile.

"uh-oh we woke mr. jack. mr. eric you should have been quieter." she said nodding and shaking her finger sternly at him. the door to the clinic opened and Trira walked in, "Anna are you causing trouble for my patients again?" the woman asked the pink haired girl sternly.

"No, Eric is just being thick headed again." jack said as he waved Trira off, "Anna...where have I heard that name before?"

"it's me mr. Jack! Anna! i worked for Maser Kyo remember me? i used to hang out with Kevin alot." she said with a bright smile the hugged Jack, "it's been so long since i'vee seen anyone i knew back then...." she said softly

"Anna? You so...different." Jack said as he blinked but smiled and hugged back.

Anna laughed, "of course i'm different Mr. Jack, i've grown....i've lived far to long...." she said the last part to where he could barely make out what she said. Trira walked over to Eric and checked to see if he was ok

Jack smiled at Anna, "Well it is good to see that you have grown into a lady." he said.

Anna giggled and blushed slightly no one had everr called her a lady before, "Thank you, but jack i thought that you had turned to stone..." she said softly getting serious

"Me? Turned to Stone?" Jack said as he blinked. The last thing he remembered was looking at Eric trying to reach out for him, the next thing he remembered was that he was in a dark cave. "I don't remember...why would I be turned to stone?" Eric wasn't looking at Trira but his face was slightly red.

"oh.....well nevermind then. do you at least know how long it's been? how many years have passed? what happened to the others?" she asked worried he didn't know what had become of the guardians. Trira pressed the back of her hand to his forehead, "you don't seem to have a fever, but i'll go get you some medicine for it anyway." she said with a smile.

"I have no clue...Me and Eric are alive....Kevin is too but only because he is half dragon after all." Jack said then sighed, he missed everyone.

"I'm fine!" Eric said quickly, moving away from her hand.

Anna gasped, "Kevin.....he's alive!?" she questioned. she had missed her old friend almost as much as she missed Kyo. "i'm glad you at least know what happened..." she said softly still thinking of her childhood friend. "oh alright then but don't come complaining to me if you feel worse." Trira said stenly then walked into a different room

Jack looked over to Eric, giving him a look that told him to smarten up. Eric glared at Jack then looked away. "Kevin is staying with Brianne for the time being." Jack said as he looked to Anna, "Oh yes, I also heard that Akuma was back too."

"so you've met Ms. Brianne too? she so much like the other Ms. Brianne.....and i remember Akuma that guy scared me nearly to death the first time i met him." she said giggling.

Jack chuckled, "Yeah he does that..." Jack said...speaking of Akuma...

Near the front of the house...

"How many times must I tell you, SHUT UP!" Brianne said as she dragged Akuma to Trira. Akuma was covered, head to toe, in blood. "FUCK RIGHT OFF ALREADY!" He growled. "Asshole.." Bria hissed.

Anna still slightly afraid of Akuma froze in place. Trira walked outside, "do i need to sedate him Brianne?" she questioned with the needle in hand after hearing the noise.

Jack hugged Anna, "It's alright, Bri is with him...she will keep him under contorl." Jack said with a chuckle.

"It won't work on his royal magesty." Brianne said with a growl as she struggled to even get him to the door, "Stop bloody damn tugging you idiot, you need a doctor!" Akuma merely growled, "I FUCKING DON'T!"

"Anna we might need a little help with this one!" Trira called to the girl still inside, "get the straps ready." Anna who heard her did as she was told and went to a back room and pulled out a rolling bed that had metal clasps on it, "it's ready Trira!!" Anna called back, "lets get him inside..." Trira said to brianne

"Akuma please! Just stop!" Brianne said. Jack came out of the house, "What is going on?" Brianne looke to Jack, "Akuma killed a whole bunch of ERC's but got who knows how many bullets in him, you baka!" Brianne growled.

Anna walked out as well, "ERC's......i know there bad but you shouldn't have killed them." Trira said to the demon with a stern look

Akuma smirked, "Like a give a fuck what you say, you have no athority over me at all, insect." Brianne growled, she had enough of Akuma. Brianne let go of Akuma but then quickly drove her knee into his gut, hard enough to break bone. Akuma's eyes went wide as he opened his mouth slightly, the air leaving his lungs. Blood dripped out of his mouth as he knelt down to the ground, holding his gut. "Can't you ever just shut up and listen?! Can't you just ever not be a total ass for once!"

Trira walked up to akuma a dark look on her face and swiftly kicked his chin up making the male fall backwards. "now i've had enough of your whining and bitching get your ass in that building damn it, before i make your ass go inside."

Akuma groaned as he sat up, "I am...not going...in." he said, stubbornly. "It's alright girls, I will get him in. Just go back inside." Jack said as he smiled, Brianne looked over to the Jack, "...Alright...Come on Trira." Brianne said then stormed inside.

Trira scoffed at the demon and walked in with bri. Anna walked over to Akuma, "he's just as scary as he was then...." Anna said softly examining the male

"get away from me." Akuma growled, Jack walked forward then suddenly kicked Akuma hard in the gut but it wasn't a normal hard kick, Jack released light energy which mae it all the more painful for Akuma.

"careful mr. Jack don't kill him." Anna said shying away from both men

"I'm not going to." Jack sai boredly as Akuma growled then lunged at Jack who dodged out of the way and then dove his elbow hard into Akuma's back.

"please come inside Mr. Akuma. i have something for you it was given to me by Athine." Anna said softly. she had met Aithine before the girl had died for the last time, and she had given the girl something to give Akuma but this was the first time she had seen him since the first time she met him

Akuma's eyes went wide for a moment, "N-No...your lying!" He said then glare at Anna, "You don't! You lie right through your sickly teeth!" Jack sighed, "Good night Akuma..." Jack said before kicking Akuma, just as he was about to lung at Anna, he kicke him in the head. Akuma fell limp to the ground, knocked out cold.

Anna fliched seeing that, "i-i'll help you get him inside...." she said softly. looking at the ground

"It's alright, he is light enough." Jack said as he picked Akuma up like a sack of potatoes then walked inside, "I would worry more about the person behind you."

"person behind me??" she questioned giving him a confused look but then turned around slowly to look at who jack was talking about

Kevin was walking to the house, he wanted to see if Brianne was alright. Kevin stopped and blinke when he saw Anna, "You look like someone I know.." he said.

Anna walked up to him and examined him with a confuesed look, "i could say the same for you....." she replied

Kevin looked down at her, his big soft gray eyes that hadn't changed since he was 10, the same gray eyes that saw the world change slowly, "I am...Kevin." he said.

"kevin?? it's really you!" she exclaimed quickly hugging the male tightly, "i've missed you so much..." she said softly

Kevin looked suprised...well kinda...it was hard to tell, "Wait, who are you? How do you know me?" He said then took a closer look at Anna, "Anna?"

the girl nodded and pulled back with a smile, "yup that's me. you've grown so much..." she said

For the 1st time in years, Kevin smiled for real, "I missed you too, Anna-chan." he said, "You look very pretty."

Anna blushed and giggled, "Your quite handsome yourself. it's been so long...." she said with a bright smile.

"It has." Kevin said then hugged Anna, he really did miss her but didn't know why.

Anna hugged him back a large smile one her face, "i can't believe your really here..." she mumbled

Kevin hugged her closer to him, "I can't believe that you are still alive..."

"it was the light stone.....it wouldn't let me die." she told him, "i've been alive far to long.....far to long for someone like me..........." she whispered burrying her face into his sholder

"I would have missed you even more if you would have died...." Kevin said as he held her closely to him.

Anna blushed softly, "well then its good im still alive, rght." she said her voice muffled slightly

Kevin nodded though his face looked a bit red, "Anna...what does it when you feel warm inside and your heart feels like its going to jump out of your chest?" He asked, Kevin rarelly felt emotions and this...it felt new to him.

Anna looked up at him confused her face red to, "i don't know...." she said, "Trira might know."
